Thursday means a full European card. It's matchday 3 in the Europa League and matchday 2 in the Conference League, so there are 36 games tonight. I'm not going through all of them. Same approach as yesterday's Champions League preview: the games that matter most, who's missing, who's likely to start, and which player markets I'd open first.
No tips, as always. The prices and the maths are on the dashboard.

Full lists are on UEFA.com. Line-ups below are predictions from press conferences and outlets, not team sheets.
02Juventus v Rennes (18:45)#
Juventus top the Europa League table with two wins and seven goals, but they come in off a home defeat to Lazio and Spalletti is under some pressure. He gave us the most useful line of the day in his press conference: Randal Kolo Muani and Nick Woltemade both start. Mediaset expects a 3-4-1-2 with Weston McKennie behind them.
Rennes are without Estéban Lepaul, who picked up an ankle injury against Paris FC and stayed at home. That's a big loss, because he's currently Ligue 1's top scorer. Le Parisien expects Franck Haise to switch to a back five, with Mousa Al-Tamari moving inside next to Boulaye Dia. Rennes have conceded four in each of their last two away games, at Lyon and Paris FC.
So the angle here is Juve's two strikers. A confirmed front two against a defence that's leaked eight goals in two away trips is where I'd look for shots and shots on target. The catch is the back five: if Haise sits deep, more shots come from distance, so I'd check shots lines before the goalscorer price. On the Rennes side, without Lepaul their attacking volume is hard to read, so I'd wait for the team sheet.
03Bournemouth v Milan (21:00)#
Bournemouth have six points from two games and two clean sheets in their last two matches. Marco Rose says there are no new injuries and Adrien Truffert is available. Alex Scott, Julián Araujo, Veljko Milosavljević and Eli Junior Kroupi are out.
Milan are without Gonçalo Ramos and Samuel Chukwueze, who stayed in Milan, plus the injured Alexis Saelemaekers and Matteo Gabbia. Amorim promised rotation but also said Alphadjo Cisse will play, without saying where. Cisse scored a hat-trick at Salzburg last time out and became the youngest Italian to score one in UEFA men's club competition. Sky Sport Italia has him up front, with Omari Hutchinson behind him and a back four tried in training. Other previews have a back three, so the shape is unclear.
Cisse is the obvious name, but treat his minutes with care. Amorim keeps saying young players need managing, and a 19-year-old in a rotated side could be off around the hour. For Bournemouth, Evanilson is in every predicted XI I've seen, and Marcus Tavernier is the other name I'd check for shots. Rose said they're "going full in", but there's a league game on Sunday.
04Beşiktaş v Crystal Palace (21:00)#
Beşiktaş have won all eight home games this season across all competitions, scoring 21 and conceding four, per Daily Sabah. They beat Marseille 4-1 in Istanbul and won 3-2 at Hoffenheim. Captain Orkun Kökçü is out with a foot injury and Milot Rashica isn't in the squad. Vincenzo Italiano named Nicolò Miretti as the man to fill Kökçü's role, mentioning his long-range shooting.
The striker question is open. Hyeongyu Oh had a hand in all three goals at Hoffenheim, scoring twice. Dušan Vlahović has six league goals but none in Europe yet, and Italiano said he'll wait "until the last moment" to choose. Don't touch either striker's lines before the team sheet.
Palace are in a bad run: a 3-2 defeat at Lyon, then 5-0 at home to Brighton on Sunday. Pierre Sage confirmed Ben Chilwell is back, but Takehiro Tomiyasu, Quinten Timber and Dean Henderson are out. A shaky Palace defence in a loud stadium is why I'd look at Beşiktaş attackers in the shots markets first. Yeremy Pino, who scored at Lyon, is the Palace name I'd check.
05Ajax v Atalanta (21:00, Conference League)#
One for the Dutch readers. Ajax lost 2-1 at Hajduk Split on matchday 1, so they need this. VoetbalPrimeur expects Tolu Arokodare back up front, with Viktor Tsygankov on the right and Oscar Gloukh on the left. Julian Brandt scored twice in the win at Groningen and should start in midfield. Daley Blind is training again but isn't expected in the squad.
Atalanta's defence is the story. Sarri said Thomas Kristensen is his only fit centre-back after Sead Kolašinac got hurt against Milan, and Davide Zappacosta might play there. His own words: "I've never had a situation like this." Atalanta still travel with Gianluca Scamacca, Nikola Krstović and Charles De Ketelaere, so they've got plenty up front.
A makeshift centre-back pairing is exactly what pushes up a striker's shot volume. Arokodare in the air against a wing-back playing centre-back is the first line I'd open. Just confirm he starts, because Marcos Leonardo is the alternative.
06Where I'd start tonight#
Open the dashboard once line-ups drop (around 17:45 for the early games, around 20:00 for the late ones):
- Confirmed starters only. Oh or Vlahović, Cisse's position, Arokodare: all predictions until then.
- Shots and shots on target before goalscorer. See shots on target betting and anytime goalscorer bets explained.
- Weakened defences. Rennes away, Palace and Atalanta's back line are where I'd look first.
- Expected minutes. Thursday games plus Sunday league games means rotation and early subs.
