We collect the following personal data:

• Email address: provided when you create an account
• Password: stored securely and encrypted by Supabase. We never see it in plain text
• Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe may store billing name and address for invoicing purposes
• Usage data: basic information about how you use the platform, collected via Vercel's infrastructure

We use your data for the following purposes:

• To provide you access to the platform (account authentication)
• To process your subscription payment
• To send you account-related emails (email confirmation, password reset), delivered by Supabase
• To respond to support requests

The legal basis for processing is contract performance (providing the service you signed up for) and legitimate interest (maintaining platform security).

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Supabase (supabase.com): database, authentication, and account email. Servers in EU (Frankfurt). Privacy Policy
• Stripe (stripe.com): payment processing. Privacy Policy
• Vercel (vercel.com): website hosting. Privacy Policy

We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.

• Account data is kept for as long as your account is active
• If you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days
• Payment records are kept for 7 years, the retention period required of us by Belgian accounting and tax law

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification: request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure: request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent

We use only functional cookies necessary for the platform to work (authentication session). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. No cookie consent banner is required as we only use strictly necessary cookies.

We take appropriate technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing, and access controls.
