JOPP Tool is an analytics platform that provides statistical models, probability estimates, and bookmaker odds data to help users analyse football player goal-scoring markets. The Service is made available at jopptool.com.

JOPP Tool is not a gambling operator, tipster, or betting advisory service. All content is provided for informational and analytical purposes only. See our Disclaimer for full details.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• One account per person. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Access to premium features requires an active paid subscription. The price shown before checkout is €10 per month. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Charges and direct debit mandates appear on your statement as MATCH-it.
• You authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice communicated by email.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the "Manage Subscription" button in the app, which opens the Stripe Billing Portal.
• Cancelling stops future renewals. You retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of your first purchase. To exercise this right, email support@jopptool.com within 14 days. We will process a full refund within 14 days of receiving your request.

By accessing the platform immediately after payment, you expressly acknowledge that you are requesting immediate access to the digital service, and understand that this may affect your right of withdrawal if the service has been fully performed. If you have not used the Service at all, you remain entitled to a full refund within the 14-day window.

Outside of the statutory withdrawal period, subscription fees are non-refundable. Partial billing-period refunds are not provided.

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute any content, data, or predictions from the Service.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce the platform's data in any automated way.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription requirements.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

The statistical models, fair odds, EV% figures, and value bet indicators on JOPP Tool are mathematical estimates only. They do not constitute betting advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. Following only positive EV does not warrant guaranteed profits. Bankroll management is advised. Gambling involves significant financial risk. We accept no liability for any losses incurred as a result of using this platform. Please read our full Disclaimer.

All content on jopptool.com, including the statistical model, software, design, and data, is the intellectual property of JOPP Tool. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. No rights are transferred to you beyond this licence.

We aim to maintain the platform 24/7, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide as much notice as reasonably possible and offer a prorated refund for unused subscription time.

To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including any gambling losses.

You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@jopptool.com. We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Antwerp, Belgium. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence, nor of your right to bring proceedings there.
